S M Harris & Associates is a Chartered Building Surveying practice which is situated within the World Heritage City of Bath. The company was established in 1995 by Simon Harris MRICS.
S M Harris & Associates is a small private firm of building surveyors offering a wide range of experience with traditionally constructed properties and with over thirty years experience of working in and around Bath, Somerset, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.
Our work is predominantly residential based with commissions varying from small internal alterations to dwellings to total refurbishment of Georgian properties and their adaptations and conversion. Our projects range from 10k to 1.5 million for both residential and small specialist buildings.
